Do I need to become a member to receive care?
No. Premier offers both individual self-pay appointments and an ongoing primary care membership.
Does Premier accept health insurance?
Premier is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance for its professional services. Patients pay Premier directly according to the applicable fee and financial policies.
Are laboratory tests included in the visit price?
Outside laboratory testing is generally separate from the professional visit fee. Testing is recommended based on clinical need, and applicable laboratory charges should be confirmed before testing.
Are prescriptions or medications included?
Prescription decisions are based on medical necessity and clinical evaluation. Medication purchases and pharmacy charges are generally separate from Premier's visit fees.
Can I request specific blood tests?
You may discuss your concerns and testing preferences during your appointment. Your provider will determine which tests are medically appropriate based on your history, symptoms, examination, and risk factors.
Will I receive a prescription at my first visit?
Not necessarily. Prescriptions depend on clinical findings, available medical records, safety considerations, and whether additional evaluation or monitoring is needed.
Does Premier prescribe controlled medications?
Controlled medications are governed by Premier's prescribing policy and applicable law. A visit does not guarantee a controlled-substance prescription. Contact the practice before booking if this is the main reason for your appointment.
Can Premier treat all medical conditions?
No. Premier provides outpatient adult primary care within its clinical capabilities. Some conditions require specialty care, emergency treatment, hospital-based services, or procedures not offered by the practice.
Do you provide testosterone therapy, peptides, or compounded hormone programs?
No. These are not part of Premier's current service offerings.
Does Premier provide specialty mental health or dermatology services?
Premier does not currently offer dedicated mental health or dermatology programs. Appropriate concerns may be identified during primary care evaluation, with referral when indicated.
Can I book a visit after leaving the hospital?
Yes, for appropriate stable outpatient follow-up. Please have your discharge paperwork and medication list available. New or worsening emergency symptoms require immediate evaluation.
Can I book a meet-and-greet before becoming a member?
Yes. A meet-and-greet allows you to learn about Premier, ask non-clinical questions, and decide whether the practice is a good fit. It is not a substitute for a medical appointment.
When do I pay for my appointment?
For individual appointments, payment is generally collected 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Review the payment instructions and applicable cancellation and refund policies during booking.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a current medication list, relevant medical records, recent test results if available, identification requested during registration, and a list of your main questions or concerns.
