Clarity Before Your Visit.
Do I need to become a member to book an appointment?
No. Premier offers individual self-pay appointments without requiring a monthly membership.
Does Premier accept health insurance?
Premier operates on a direct self-pay model. Patients pay Premier directly for applicable professional services rather than billing health insurance for those services.
Are laboratory tests and medications included?
Outside laboratory tests, imaging, medications, and other third-party services may have additional costs. Your provider can discuss recommended services and available options.
Is the membership fee the same as a visit fee?
No. Membership is an ongoing primary care arrangement, while individual visits are separately priced appointments. Services included in membership are defined in the written membership agreement.
Can I schedule a meet-and-greet first?
Yes. You can book a meet-and-greet to learn more about Premier's care approach and ask questions before deciding how to proceed.
When is payment collected?
For individual self-pay appointments, payment is generally required at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit, according to Premier's current payment policy. Membership billing begins after the required enrollment and payment authorization steps are completed.
