These SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by Premier Advanced Practice Group LLC (“Premier”) to individuals who have provided their mobile telephone number and consented to receive text messages from Premier.
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Premier, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving healthcare services from Premier.
