Does the $149 membership replace health insurance?
No. Membership is not health insurance. Emergency services, hospitalization, specialists, and other outside services are separate.
Can I join without health insurance?
Premier is a self-pay practice. You do not need to use health insurance to pay for Premier's professional services, but insurance can remain important for medical expenses outside the practice.
Are laboratory tests, imaging, and medications included?
Outside laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and third-party services may carry separate charges. Confirm any specific inclusions or exclusions in the current membership agreement.
Is every appointment included in membership?
Covered services, appointment access, limitations, and any exclusions are defined in the membership agreement. Review it before enrolling rather than assuming every service is included.
Do I have to become a member to book a visit?
No. Premier also offers individual self-pay appointments for appropriate services.
Can I meet the provider before joining?
Yes. You can request a meet-and-greet to learn about Premier and ask non-clinical questions before deciding.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any initial commitment, notice period, and cancellation terms are specified in the current membership agreement. Please review those terms before enrolling.
